This is to inform you that Law no. 675/1996 (Italian Data Protection Act) provides for the protection of individuals and other subjects with regard to the processing of personal data.
In compliance with the principle of transparency, we hereby notify you that the processing of your personal data will be carried out in an adequate manner and at the highest possible level of security.
In conformity with art. 10 of the above mentioned law, we hereby provide you with the following information:
- Purposes. The collection of your personal data will take place for the sole purposes of fulfilling orders, issuing invoices, internal market research, and for sending offers, promotional materials and communications in general.
- Manner. The processing will be carried out using a computer system with automated entry of the data in an internal database not accessible to the public, as well as entry in a protected paper database.
- Notification. The personal data will not be disclosed or communicated to any third party without requesting your express consent, but may be used by other companies of the Richetti s.p.a. Group.

- Rights of the data subject.
You are entitled to contact the controller of the data to assert your rights, in the manner and under the terms set out in art. 13 L. 675/1996, the full text of which is given below:
- Having regard to the processing of personal data, the subject has the following rights:
- to learn of the existence of a processing operation relating to himself through access to the register, provided free of charge, as per article 31, subparagraph 1, letter a);
- to receive the notifications laid down in art. 7, subparagraph 4, letters a), b) and h);
- to obtain from the data controller or processor, without excessive delay:
- confirmation as to whether or not data relating to him are processed , even if not yet recorded, and communication to him in intelligible form of the data undergoing processing and their source, as well as the logic involved in the processing and its purposes; the request can be resubmitted, where there are legitimate grounds, after an interval of no less than ninety days;
- the erasure, conversion into anonymous form or blocking of data that are processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be stored in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed;
- the updating, rectification or, where it is of interest, the integration of the data;
- an attestation that the operations set out in points 2) and 3), also with regard to their contents, have been notified to third parties to whom the data have been communicated or disclosed, unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort;
- to wholly or partly object, where there are legitimate grounds, to the processing of the personal data relating to himself, even if pertinent to the purposes of the collection;
- to wholly or partly object to the processing of personal data relating to himself for the purposes of direct marketing or sending promotional materials or for conducting market research or for interactive sales communications, and to be notified by the controller, no later than the time when the data are communicated or disclosed, of the possibility of exercising this right at no cost.
- For each request set out in subparagraph 1, letter c), number1), where the existence of data pertaining to himself is not confirmed, the data subject can be asked to pay a contribution not exceeding the costs effectively incurred, in the manner and within the limits laid down in the regulation as per art. 33, subparagraph 3.
- The rights set out in subparagraph 1 and referred to the personal data of deceased persons can be exercised by any interested subject.
- In exercising the rights set out in subparagraph 1, the data subject can confer power of attorney or proxy, in writing, to natural persons or associations.
- Without prejudice to the business confidentiality rules of journalists, for what concerns the protection of information sources.
